Since 2003, a dedicated provider of wine and spirits logistics in China: bonded wine storage, import clearance and nationwide distribution, run from two owned facilities in Shanghai.
From origin container to final delivery, every leg stays with the same team. No handovers, no broken chain.
A first-class freight forwarder holding an NVOCC licence, with an ocean network reaching the world's principal wine-exporting countries.
A licensed operator in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, handling imported wine, spirits and soft drinks. A non-bonded extension warehouse was approved by Shanghai Customs in 2020.
Where the bonded work ends, this one begins — domestic storage, national and East China stock hubs, e-commerce fulfilment and outbound distribution.
Temperature is written into our delivery standard — a defined range, a recorded trace and a named owner, from receipt to signature.
Racked cold storage runs between 5–25℃. The fine wine vault stands apart, held steady at 18℃, and can be tuned to a temperature and humidity range of your choosing. On the road, dedicated reefer trucks hold ±3℃ and keep a continuous record of it.
Inside the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, the bonded house clears and holds arriving cargo. Beyond it, in Fengxian, the non-bonded house carries national stock and sends it out. Goods pass from one to the other within a single system — no second handover, no second handling.

FTZ import clearance, Chinese label review and filing, document preparation and audit, and sampling exemption applications for high-value goods. Fluent in GB national standards.

Machine labelling, coding, label rework, repacking, gift-box assembly and carton-to-crate conversion — line-run with 100% recheck, plus cosmetic quality inspection on request.

A road network reaching 374 cities, with reefer charters plus LTL and FTL lanes. Within Shanghai, integrated storage and delivery allows same-day fulfilment (excluding Chongming, Changxing and Hengsha islands).

A WMS built for wine — vintage, production and expiry tracked, FIFO enforced, barcode-driven. EDI endpoints available, with SAP-ERP integration experience in place.
From estates and importers through to e-commerce platforms and trade fairs.

Bonded and non-bonded work is held by two separate companies, with one point of contact for both: Lu Hui.
