Hold inventory in our bonded wine warehouse in Shanghai. Pay no Chinese duty until the wine is sold, release it to buyers in batches, or ship it on to other markets.
With stock already in Shanghai, a buyer in China can order from local inventory instead of waiting for a shipment from origin. Bonded storage keeps that stock free of Chinese duty until it is actually sold.
Wine held in our bonded warehouse in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone stays under customs supervision. Customs duty, consumption tax and import VAT are deferred, and fall due only on the quantity released into the Chinese market.
Declare once and release in stages: two hundred cases this week, five hundred next month, each cleared and taxed on its own quantity. Whatever stays inside the zone stays in bond.
Goods held in bond have not entered Chinese customs territory. If they are not sold in China, they can be declared for re-export to another country or territory without incurring Chinese import tax.
Chinese back labels, coding, repacking and gift boxing can all be done inside the bonded zone before clearance, so the wine is ready to sell the day it is released. Our team also reviews Chinese labels for compliance before they are printed.
A 5,000 ㎡ fully racked bonded house held between 5 and 25℃, with a fine wine vault at 18℃. Stock is tracked by name, vintage and date, and you can check it online in real time.
Released stock moves into our 4,000 ㎡ non-bonded warehouse in Fengxian within the same system, then out to buyers: same-day within Shanghai (excluding the Chongming islands), next-day across the Yangtze delta, and a road network reaching 374 cities. Reefer trucks hold ±3℃ on the road.
